The Destination

OC 47-07 Bash was officially kicked off with a clambake on Assateague Island.

The remote setting was gorgeous and provided a few logistical challenges - like
carting in 150 pounts of riverbed rocks for the pit, a cord of firewood and
a seemingly endless stream of tools, coolers.....

The "Pit Crew" volunteers arrived early to prepare the pit - not once but twice!!!
An enforced(Park Ranger) site change AFTER the pit had been dug forced us to move
the entire operation 100 yard up the beach....
