Memories of Barry Smith

Barry was the guy I knew, but Scooter was his hero. I feel that even though Barry was off track that he was a good friend and needs to be remembered for his positive qualities. He cherished those he felt were friends-to an extent. that maybe was excessive. I always knew that Barry would get my back, even while I also knew I was not exactly sure how he would accomplish that.

Scooter was different. Maybe a little aloof, but still, I always felt he would be there if necessary. I know they had a 'different' life but both were friends to those who knew them.
