Memories of William (Bill) Racca

I'm sorry to say a lot of names on the dead Alumni list for 1965 aren't familiar. But Bill's is. He's on the wall. The Vietnam Memorial Wall. He died in May or June, 1969 as a First Lt. Why the hell he wasn't graduating from college that year, I don't know. Goddamit, he was one fine guy.
